    wow all the previous reviews for this place are accurate!! i am soo happy i tried this studio. this is an amazing & challenging workout. kasseem is SO nice and good at pushing you just the right amount for your exercise level. for example, on the treadmill at another studio i might take it easy and do light incline/speed, but kasseem has you push just a little bit harder so it’s still doable but you are challenging yourself. he is also really good at correcting form, which is really important to me because i don’t want to hurt myself! compared to barry’s/training mate i think this studio is WAY better and the full 60 min really makes a difference. it also flies by so fast! can’t wait to come back here 🫶😎
