Sadly, I think the movements overall are too awkward for me to twist into without tweaking all my sensitive spots (i.e. delicate wrists, chronic sore back). And it’s not form - the instructor was awesome at coming to correct mine! it’s just that being in the correct form was painful in a bad way for me. I do want to stress that it’s not the instructor’s fault at all, I just don’t think this is quite the workout for my specific body! I would say this is p beginner friendly and there were modifications offered too. The facilities are nice and the ice cold towel after is amazing. Parking is also easy.

You can use the squat rack that’s in the group X room when class is not on (I was able to use it). They had a lot of the equipment needed. The staff is really nice! Only suggestion would be to have a squat rack in one of the lifting rooms and show newbies the room with the bands and ropes etc.
