This class was fantastic! I totally recommend it. I’ve taken solidcore and core power classes and found them way too intense and hot as I was getting back into working out … this class was not heated (thank goodness) and Yat was so encouraging and a great instructor. I’ll be back to this one for sure

    HIIT HARD TRAINING

This was my first boxing class & I loved it! At first I was a little frustrated because I couldn’t figure out how to enter. But once I met the instructor that changed as he was very friendly. I loved that he was hands on and corrected my form to make sure I was learning properly. He was knowledgeable and clearly passionate about boxing. I also loved that the class was able to take my mind off of outside stress. My only concern was learning the boxing moves for the entire hour.

Super easy check in process. Stanley was welcoming and his cues helped me know which weights to choose. Looking forward to the next session!

Easy to find, very friendly staff and group participants. The circuits do move quickly but they were well guided and Fittima was always moving around to tweak form or demonstrate a move again. This is a great class if you want to learn a variety of movements and exercises.

    Epic Barre HIIT

I was not prepared for how tough this was! It was killer, I walked out shaking. I’m also more of a beginner, so take that with a grain of salt, but it’s a really solid workout. I modified and didn’t use weights most of the class and still was feeling the burn

    Boxing for Fitness

This class was such a great small group workout ! Lots of individualized attention as the instructor gave each student 1:1 instruction while holding boxing mitts in turns. While the instructor was working 1:1 with others, there was a bag or other workout equipment the rest of the students could cycle through or rest. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Just note it is a little hard to find, as there’s no signage outside the building and you have to use a call box to get into the building. Highly recommend - I will definitely be back!

    WORK. REST. REPEAT.

Instructor Kate was so helpful! Making multiple adjustments on what I was doing. Music was excellent and motivating, and the moves felt dynamic and not too stressful on my body. I enjoy that they do a long warm-up as well.

    Total Body (50 Minutes)

Great workout. A bit hard to hear the instructions over the music, which was a bit confusing since the class was split into two groups receiving different directions (floor strength training and treadmill). Perfect speed once you’ve done it once though, no wasted time. I wouldn’t recommend this for people who are totally new to working out, unless you are very good at taking the initiative to ask for help on what exercises are. For example, the workout this time happened to involve dumbbell snatches which I don’t think are the most common exercise.
