    26&2 Hot Yoga 90

Challenging but great class. This is my 2nd time here, 3rd time ever doing hot yoga and I forget how intense they are. I very well remember how much I sweat, but the intensity to stretch my limbs, stay balanced, keeping core tight is tough! Michelle was fantastic in guiding all the exercises though.

    Yin Yoga IN-STUDIO (In-Person)

I took Yin Yoga with Heather, and it was a very relaxing class focusing on legs and hips with a slow paced movement. Also the facility is clean and nicely decorated and the staff is so friendly. I’d like to try other classes here next time!

    Mat Pilates

Great class and instructor. You can really tell Jes knows her stuff when it comes to Pilates. She also made the class accessible for all levels. I appreciated that. I also appreciated that she had the nerve to turn away a student who was like 10 minutes late. DC tends to accommodate these late lulu girls busting in the class with their Stanleys clanking. It’s disrespectful to the teacher and the other students to allow this. Glad to know basic decorum is observed here.
