see all reviewsTHIS CLASS was amazing, the slowed down flow was really hard to adjust too and I LOVED every moment of it. Who knew going slow would be so much harder. it forced me to really connect with my form and rhythm and my entire core. Found myself smiling throughout the class cause i kept messing up it took all of my focus to get it right and once i did it felt like i really achieved/learned something.

see all reviewsGuest instructor Jason was incredibly welcoming and attentive. ensured we (2 of us were 1st timers) were comfortable on the equipment, understood what to expect, and periodically checked in during class while making rounds with everyone. he really made you feel like a part of a longstanding group and was easy to follow. highly recommend rowhouse and Jason for new and experienced rowers alike.

see all reviewsSophie is a fun and experienced instructor! She's great at responding to questions. I appreciate the free water, towels, and snacks! Be aware that there's not a conspicuous sign from the sidewalk and there is no elevator, so give yourself plenty of time to get to class and not be late! There is a shower to freshen up after class which is a great amenity!
