About this studio

DC Row provides a strictly rowing fitness studio. The instructor led group classes will blend vibrant music with a high-intensity workout with low-impact on your joints. Want to burn up to 600 calories in 50 minutes? Try Row! Full bathroom and shower amenities available.

How to prepare

DC Row recommends that you bring your ID for check in, your positive energy, and a water bottle. The studio provide towels as well as a water fountain for all guests. There is a fully functioning unisex bathroom with two private toilets and shower stalls. There are cubby benches in the studio for you to store your items.

This class was great for my upper body. The class was broken down into rowing and some exercises (planking, push ups, etc). Additionally, I was provided water and a towel. I would definitely go back.

What is ClassPass?
