Good workout. Idk if it’s worth 15 credits, but I definitely enjoyed it. The facilities are AMAZING!!! There is a dry bar across from the women’s locker room. The treadmills were great and very high tech. I’d go back!

Only critique is that the studio should put some shades up on the window. During downward dog or any pose where your head faces back of the room, your staring at bright sunlight pouring in. Not the easiest on the eyes. Class itself was great though.

YO THIS YOGA CLASS WAS HARD! My abs are sore the next day. It’s definitely different poses from other vinyasa classes, which are heavy on repetitive sun salutations. This was way more ab and thigh work focused on using those muscles in your transitions. Definitely a workout but also leave with that post-yoga zen.

    H.I.I.T. the Deck!

I was the only person in the class for the day, and the instructor was great about correcting my form to make sure I was doing everything properly. It was a great workout and really hard. You will definitely get a great sweat! Each card suit was a different exercise - 2 lower body and 2 upper body. The number on the card was the number of reps. The instructor pulls 4 cards each round, one from each suit. I didn’t make it through the whole deck by myself but I got pretty far.

    Zumba

5 stars for the workout, but this was not easy and I do not recommend for a Zumba beginner or someone who cannot easily catch on without instruction. If you’re used to Zumba cues (claps, points, etc) you won’t get many here. This is more cardio hip hop (which is really fun, but not what I thought I was getting myself into) than Zumba - only a few songs with Latin influence. If you can catch on easily and don’t require much instruction, go for it. High energy instructor & fun music. If you require a more low key, guided exercise, find another location or see if they offer a beginner class. Perk for those who go often is that it seems like a tight community. I was the only first timer in a booked class and many knew each other and all the routines. Overall it was a nice workout and I’ve taken a class by someone else here before, so it’s a great spot, but I can’t say I’d go back for this class because I hate feeling lost during a workout.

This is the second time I’ve taken class here. First time was years ago and I remember it being really good. This time, it was really low impact and the instructor was low energy which isn’t necessarily bad, just not my style. Granted, there were only 2 people in class so it’s tough to be super pumped, I get it. Low impact is fine but was hoping for more core workout as it was marketed that way. Ended up spending 5 min or less on core which was disappointing.

    Flywheel: Method 45

It was a small class, not her fault. I do wish there were more reminders of form, because I often forget. She did a good job with trying to keep the class energetic which I can imagine would be tough with a class size of 5

    Figure 4 Barre (Open)

She is the best instructor there hands down. Fortunately most the instructors are good. The Class was small today due to a holiday weekend and the energy she possessed was excellent for just five students. She cared about every student their form and making sure it was a hard and challenging class. I always feel like I get my moneys worth and leave feeling like I got an incredible work out. Not to mention this is the nicest bar studio with incredible locker room showers and service.

Loved the hands on assistance! I was too shy to speak up and sarah noticed and helped to give me pointers as well as place me in certain positions so that i was doing each exercise correctly

Amazing class!!! Sarah was so motivating and positive. I don’t usually go to Swerve (a little out of my way) but it was such a good workout that I need to come back. Note: swerve is much more so about making sure you work hard/the competition than it is the music and dancing.
