Candlelight Yin
see all reviewsYin Yoga with Steph was exactly what I needed!! Each pose felt like a quiet invitation back to myself. I felt clear, open, and deeply restored. Steph’s energy was gentle, grounded, and so present. Her cues were thoughtful, and the space she held made it easy to let go and fully drop in. 🧘♀️ This class gave me permission to just be—no pushing, no proving. Just a gentle unraveling of tension in my body and spaciousness in my heart. 💖

see all reviewsThis place is just how we like a yoga studio to be. Jenay was so very friendly. Her dog Nala was so sweet. I loved how she taught us some yoga terms which really help us understand better what we are doing. Airbnb was there taking photos. I hope we did well for her studio. We will be back. Thank you.

see all reviewsWhat a fantastic class. It was my first time at this studio. I did not leave myself enough time to park and change after leaving straight from work. The teacher was so kind and welcoming and even waited to start class until I was set up. The studio is gorgeous—the building has an actual garden with fountains and mature trees. The yoga room itself has tons of glass and a view of the garden. I was a little worried that the amount of sun filtering in would make the room too warm but they had fans and AC so it was in fact perfect. The Vinyasa portion of class was brisk and just challenging enough. I loved the transition to Yin and felt amazingly relaxed at the end. Kimberly gave great cues in a soothing voice, and her yoga playlist was amazing. I will be back! FYI this is old Folsom so there is some street parking on the cross street but your best bet is the public garage just a block away (no charge).

see all reviewsThis class was a slow flow with a slow build of heat that seemed easy at first but had me sweating by the end. I really appreciate how teachers here make the classes so accessible, like asking if I have any injuries when I came in and giving lots of modifications during the class—even though I didn’t need them today it makes this studio special to me.
