see all reviewsSuch a relaxing class. I could feel the stress and tension melt away. The instructor was absolutely lovely. She gave clear instructions in such a calming voice. The studio is nice, bright and cozy inside. They had mats, blocks, bolsters, blankets and straps available to borrow. Only downside is that it's close to the road, so you can hear some car noise.

see all reviewsThe studio was warm and inviting. They have equipment such as blankets, bolsters, blocks, straps, etc. to use during class. The class was fast paced and I appreciated that the instructor invited us to listen to our bodies. I will definitely return to try other classes.
