Candlelight Yin
see all reviewsStaff was friendly to help answer questions about the class and what to bring. Took the Candlelit Yin class. It was a good stretching class. First time in a long time since I did any of the poses so it was not as easy as I thought. I will still come back and try other classes.

see all reviewsI have been to several hot classes and I have to say that I love Ginny's class the most. It's too bad she will be out on maternity leave! Some instructors make the flow super fast that it can be hard to keep up and or really feel the stretch. Ginny's class has a great flow to it and allows you enough time to go at your own pace and really feel the stretch. Can't wait until she comes back!
