see all reviewsLove this class, love Madelyn! Always such great workouts and I loved the format of this class where we burned ourselves out from the same 2 moves for each weight circuit. However I am not a fan of split squats, they tweak my hurt knee. It would be helpful to offer some alternatives :)

see all reviewsI returned to Yin Yoga 🧘♀️ with Barbara, and once again, I left feeling completely nourished—body, mind, and soul. ✨ Barbara is such a rare gem… the way she moves through the room with genuine care, offering each student her full attention, gentle adjustments, and nurturing energy is something so special. You can feel how much love she pours into her teaching—it’s personal, heartfelt, and deeply grounding. 💖 Her presence alone feels like a warm embrace, making it easy to let go and simply be. And I can’t forget to mention—the studio surprises don’t stop in the yoga room! The bidet with the warming seat? Let’s just say… five-star spa vibes! ✨🚿 Such a sweet, unexpected detail that made the whole experience even more luxe and thoughtful. Highly recommend treating yourself to this magic. You’ll feel seen, supported, and completely at peace. 🌸💫

Steph’s energy was gentle, grounded, and so present. Her cues were thoughtful, and the space she held made it easy to let go and fully drop in. 🧘♀️ This class gave me permission to just be—no pushing, no proving. Just a gentle unraveling of tension in my body and spaciousness in my heart. 💖

see all reviewsFriday Night Bhakti at Leap Yoga with Brian 🧘♀️ was soul medicine. The space glowed in candlelight, grounded and calm, with energy that felt both peaceful and alive. His mastery created a rhythm that carried us through—a steady, flowing practice that invited the body to release and the spirit to rise. 🕯️ Each breath, each movement felt purposeful… gently unwinding tension, creating space, reconnecting to something deeper. There was a quiet connectedness in the room—soft, expansive, and full of presence. 🙏 💫 As his sacred instrument played once more to close, something within me landed. Present. Clear. Reconnected. A beautiful reset for the weekend and week ahead. ✨🕊️

see all reviewsHonestly, love my class. It was very relaxing and welcoming. It was my first time doing yoga. And felt really welcome and restoring in the end. I came in extremely sore from taking a barre class and I feel so much less sore. I definitely would come and taking this class if you’re new into working out in general or just yoga.

Safe, seen, and gently held. Something inside me melted—old tension, old noise—and what remained was softness, spaciousness, and the quiet joy of coming home to myself. Still floating in that beauty. Still feeling the love. ✨💖 Thank you 🙏

Wendy was an incredible instructor—super detailed with her instructions and made sure everyone felt comfortable and safe the entire time. Her energy was so encouraging, and she made the class fun while also keeping us focused on form. I really appreciated how much emphasis she placed on safety, especially since it was my first time. So excited this studio is now on ClassPass—can’t wait to come back!

see all reviewsThis Monday night class with Dorothy is incredible. She is calming and helpful. She asks all the right questions ("Do you want to put your leg up or are you happy with where it is?") before offering assistance/corrections. Her class is suitable for all bodies and abilities---she offers real modifications not just hard and harder, but brings people support props or a strap or a block if she thinks it would help. And she does affirmations, which you can take or leave. I find them nice and positive. The style is yin yoga (as far as I know) where we hold positions for minutes at a time. Slow transitions and lots of stretching. Low exertion like you probably won't sweat but you will be fully stretched out after this class. Gorgeous space too.
