OA - HUMP DAY PUMP DAY - 858 EASTERN

A good workout/strength class but it wasnt my best experience at One Academy. A lot of time is lost for the explanation, the circuit of 10-15 exercises is only explained at the start of the class and there are no written outlines to remind you what to do throughout. Also, there werent many modifications offered and the ones that were offered were still quite advanced. It is still a friendly environment.

VIRTUAL LIVE ONLY: ESSENTRICS STRETCH & TONE

My first time, I didn't know what to expect, and it was a good experience! The format is constant motion, mostly counterbalanced. Wide range of motion, uses more parts of your joints than you typically use in a regular day. Lauren gives great cues, so it's easy to follow along and transition.

Echo all the other comments that first time finding this place is difficult. Other than that Blair was a fantastic and motivating instructor - the circuits were well thought out and a lot of individual attention was provided given the small class size. Will be back!

This was a kick ass class. Challenging in a very good way. Will come back. This is located in the space above Lululemon. The front door is locked so you have to make sure you're there BEFORE class starts so the instructor can sign you in and let you up. all equipment is provided, including mats. The lavender infused cold towel at the end of class was a really nice touch.

I love the run classes at Altitude. it's by far the most fun I have ever had on a treadmill. the instructors here guide you, at the same time allowing you to customize the speed to your preferred pace really allowing us to challenge ourselves where we can. I would definitely be attending more Altitude Run classes in the future anf highly recommend giving it a try if ypu haven't yet. 10/10!!

    Group Class

Awesome workout! I swear, after my first class I noticed a difference in my arms and abs. I'm on my way to my third class and plan on coming back regularly. The instructor (cannot remember his name right now!) owns the studio and takes great pride in the workouts he sets up. He's super motivating, and fosters an awesome and inspiring environment. I'm usually more of a Pilates/barre/yoga class kinda gal, but this class has really inspired me to add weight training to my routine. Highly recommend!

Honestly you need to try spinning with chuck - it was so awesome. He knew everyone in the class by name, including the two new people, and was very motivating. He was also funny, had great music, and would even fill up our water bottles for us while we were spinning.
