Hers Kickboxing is a women's fitness kickboxing studio with locations in Markham and Richmond Hill, Ontario. At Hers Kickboxing, they help their members to not only lose weight, get toned and release stress, but also to build confidence and feel empowered! They provide an intimate and judgement-free environment with the friendliest and most supportive community.

How to prepare

Please wear comfortable active wear and well supported athletic shoes. Indoor shoes are required for all classes—please bring and change into your clean indoor shoes upon arrival. This is extremely important, as the studio does not want you, or other members, to slip or injure themselves on wet floors or debris. Members without clean indoor shoes will be asked to participate in socks or bare feet. Don’t be late! They cannot hold Bobs. Once the class has started, any open Bobs will be given to members who are on standby. Forgot your gloves or don’t own gloves? No worries. Loaner Gloves are available for rental for $2.00 per session. This fee must be paid before your class begins.

This was my first booty blast class ever and it was amazing. I really liked Cristina’s style of teaching. She was really motivating and made sure we were focused on the right technique instead of the the number of reps. i am feeling it today! I would definitely come to another class!

wanted to use the washroom and the instructor was like... can I help you? I'm like I need to use the washroom obviously but she kept asking if she could help me. I found out later the class was only for women so that's why she kept asking if she could help me, it's because she didnt want me to use the washroom even though the washroom has both men and woman signs on door.
