So it’s a good class for beginners even though it was a demanding class. Angela is very available to assist and really paid attention to what the people in the class were doing.

see all reviewsClass and teacher were good. Studio needs to enforce latecomer policy. Making the entire class wait for three people (all first timers who required an orientation) is not acceptable. It is disruptive to the class and hard on the teacher. All other students were on time and this negatively impacts their schedule, for example childcare, transit and plans post class. The latecomer and cancellation policy is clear and should be enforced.

see all reviewsLove his sessions always. He’s a unique instructor, with the knowledge of the body that’s better than most. He also instructs clearly how to breathe with every movement. He encourages us to take risks and make mistakes in our practice to progress as students. His motivational words also help us get through every difficult breath. I almost gave up in one of my poses but because of what he said, I kept on in my pose and overcame the difficulty. Not every instructor can give us that motivation!
