    My first time! I really like the set up of this class. I am not a good runner by any stretch but I could definitely keep up the pace. Will definitely be back, wish it was a bit less credit-wise but overall awesome experience. Staff was super nice, immaculate studio.

    It was my first time at BodySpace and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! I workout regularly but wanted to add something new to my routine and this was perfect. Bruno was an awesome coach-so nice, explained each exercise clearly, and adjusted our form. It was challenging but fun. Plus, the entire staff was welcoming, the facility itself is spotless, and there’s a smoothie bar for post workout. I will absolutely be back!

    The instructor was a sub but he was great. Music was great which made the class a lot of fun. Also a great work out. Im feeling sore the next day and Im usually a two day person. The facility is very run down though.

    Great strength training class. feeling sore. wish it had more cardio, but the instructor did explain to me it would not. that said, still left with an elevated heart rate and a good Fitbit calorie burn. plus, with strength training, I probably burned a lot of calories after the fact as strength training tends to do.
