BLOKSCULPT
see all reviewsI enjoyed Amy's class. She is welcoming, the workout is sweaty. I give four stars as no sweat towels are provided (anymore). I've been going to Blok since 2016. Considering the high credits it's fair to expect sweat towels. It's not too much to ask for this?!

see all reviewsGreat class, legs were shaking towards the end! I generally love Blok & their classes but the cost of Reformer ON TOP of a monthly membership that is already pricey, is a bit ridiculous especially in the current climate. The new zero tolerance on being late is understandable but also, living in london means some things are out of our control so even with the best intentions, if transport etc means you arrive a couple minutes late, I don’t see how it would interfere with the class that much. If you make the effort to turn up in those circumstances, credits or a class should be credited back.

see all reviewsThis class is painful, but for that reason it’s fantastic. Every week I ask myself what I’ve got myself into and every time I rebook! The instructor is knowledgable, always changes things up - different body parts focused on, new props, encouragement. It’s never boring. She will make you hold for another 8 seconds while you’re desperate to stop but that’s part of why it’s so impactful. Plus, she fosters a community of support and trust in the Pilates room. A fun, painful, worth it class.

Loved the upper body focus. Staff are all so friendly and welcoming, huge changing rooms with sauna. Gym space is well kitted out. A great addition to the London gym scene and not as snobby as some west end gyms ! A hidden gem!

see all reviews5 stars because the class itself was great… however, I have to say I find it very strange/annoying that you have to pay £2 to use a mat here. I go to a lot of other yoga studios and none of them charge you… surely this is the most basic piece of equipment that a yoga studio should provide?! It’s like going to the gym and having to pay extra to use the treadmill… I love the studio otherwise and would come a lot more often if it wasn’t for this. I often come straight from work which means I would need to carry my own mat around with me all day, all over London, just to avoid the charge for an evening class. £2 per time does add up if you go a few times a week! 🙏

As intermediate level I found the class perfectly challenging but I'm confident Solomon would be more than happy to help any level, I'd just make sure to give the instructor a friendly heads up/intro on your level.
