see all reviewsAbsolutely lovely instructor. Great flow which challenged me just enough. The ‘candlelit’ atmosphere was lovely, especially while you’re sweating bullets! The instructor puts soul food back into the flow which I’ve been lacking from other studios in London. Reception was friendly and warm but would agree with others that the changing room is small with communal showers which I’m not comfortable with.

RUMBLE
Ground Floor, Labyrinth Tower, Dalston Square Dalston, LondonSafety guidelinesRE.HIIT CIRCUIT (HIIT)-Build (Upper Focus)
see all reviewsI love Rumble, but a few observations from this busy class… when the floor is almost full, there really needs to be more than one instructor on hand. It isn’t practical for one person to correct technique for people doing 12 different exercises. The equipment needs to be enhanced. Slam balls available were 7kg and then 12.5kg - needs to be something in between. Same for weighted discs. Also, there should really be an induction for newcomers before they join the circuit. And it would be good if the session incorporated a warm up and warm down. Hope this is useful feedback.

see all reviewsFantastic class! I have been suffering with patellar tendinitis for 6 months and only just started exercising again. The instructor was so friendly and went around to everyone taking the time to get to know their names and ask about any injuries etc which was such a nice touch. During the class she offered lots of tips on when to breath in and out, how to get more out of each exercise with constant reminders to improve technique. Thank you so much! Looking forward to returning again!

see all reviewsProbably the most intense spin class I've done in my life, in my limited experience visiting various studios in London! Intense and challenging workout, it was a hard class but a great workout. There's a leaderboard which does push you to go harder (wasn't ranked that high but at least I wasn't dead last), I liked the monitor thing that lets you see your RPM/gear etc so you have a more concrete idea of how you're doing/can adjust accordingly. Good mix of music and alternating between climbs/sprints, I feel like there wasn't as much rest time in between intervals compared to some other classes I've been to so that made it more challenging (this is good). No weird "dancing on a bike" type stuff that you often see in other classes (which I've come to realise I don't like), just straight up cycling cardio. Instructor and FOH were so friendly and helpful getting me set up especially as it was my first time! I had a great time, I hope to come back soon and place a bit higher on the leaderboard the next time.

Its a mix between rowing and weights intervals, so good variety of cardio and weights. The studios really nice and sleek - changing rooms quite small but well equipped with everything youd need.
