The instructor was energetic and even helped me out individually when I was struggling to do a certain exercise. Plus point loved how there was a sauna inside the womans changing room right next to the showers will definitely try it next time!

see all reviewsEverything was great however I think the actual step equipment should be changed. I’m pretty sure at least about 4/5 people slipped (two fell on the ground). I’ve been to another fitness studio who’s also on classpass and their step didn’t move one bit.
