Cian had so much energy and took the time to correct form and boost morale when needed. Super supportive and fun-energy class that I’d definitely do again ! Couldn’t recommend more !!

He is very knowledgeable and approachable, explains everything in such details that trainers rarely do, he makes sure that everyone is following a good form and challenging themselves. I leave every time his class energised and happy, with the feeling that I’ve exercised my whole body and I also learnt new tricks and tips. I always learn a new exercise, which I haven’t seen at other studios. I also enjoy that each month there’s an exercise (e.g. front squat) which is included in every class, so that one can practice it often and truly get familiar with that one. Lucy explained everything so clearly and was great at suggesting alternative approaches that were more suitable for me (e.g. gymnast kick up). The result was getting into handstand easily on my own! I would not recommend it for complete beginners considering everything is super quick. Also, you need to decide on your own which dumbbell and kettlebell to use. The policy says to bring a towel, but it’s not required (only if you shower of course). Do not arrive earlier than 10 min because you will enter directly during the previous class (there is no reception, you enter in the training area as you step in).
