Instructor was friendly and motivating. We spent more time seated than I am used to in a boutique spin class. Music was good. Would recommend for beginner or intermediate riders. Nice facilities and lovely front desk.

About this studio

Oncore offers Spin, HIIT, Yoga, and Form across our 3 studios. Our classes give a great workout experience that leaves you sweaty and feeling empowered. Classes are generally 45 minutes, but we offer a full range of 35 minute Express classes, to 60 minute yoga and Pilates classes. Staff are welcoming and set classes to popular music. 20 7738 8688

How to prepare

For RIDE class, bring normal workout shoes or clip-ins with mountain bike cleats, currently Spin shoes are NOT provided. Arrive 10 minutes before class for check-in. Your spot will be released to the waitlist if you are not on site 5 minutes prior to class start. For RIDE classes, you must be in the class studio 5 minutes prior to start time or access will be denied for health and safety. The instructor must be made aware of any injury minimum 5 minutes before class start time. We have limited shower, locker and changing facilities.

How to get there

Oncore is a two minute walk from Clapham Common tube station (Northern Line), at 65 Clapham Park Road. Parking is available close by, off Clapham Park Road in Sainsbury's covered car park, £1/hour for up to 2 hours or parking will be deducted from Sainsbury's shopping bill. Street parking is also available close by at a rate of £3/hour Free street parking on Triangle Place is also available except Monday to Friday 8.30am to 8.30pm.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
