She worked out alongside the class, which was super motivating, and consistently checked in to keep morale up. During rounds, she offered modified versions to accommodate all fitness levels, which I really appreciated. It was an excellent 45-minute class—just the perfect workout to jumpstart your weekend. I’ve experienced my fair share of good and bad Zumba instructors, and Chela definitely embodies all of the good. Really liked this class. Lots of space and natural light in the fitness room. I’ve done Zumba many times before so it wasn’t too hard to follow along with minimal instructor cues. Zumba is all about moving and having fun so there’s no worry about getting all the moves right. Good music and energy all around.

see all reviewsOnly my second ever boxing class so take my opinion with the humble grain of salt- but that was WAYYY better than Title Boxing for me. Loved the screens so I didn’t feel as lost and loved the split room with upper and lower. Also enjoyed the black light for the final rounds and how I felt like I could really just focus in on myself. Superbly clean showers and bathrooms that were well stocked and easy to use lockers with built in combos you can set! Desk staff were very helpful and informative and enthusiastic. Will definitely be back.
