I love that she took the time before class knowing I was "new" to the studio to 1.) personally introduce herself 2.) give a clear explanation of what class would be like 3.) recommend best spots in the room if you like/dislike the heat. I am a fitness professional myself and I see so many instructors miss this opportunity to connect & create a great class experience for new people in the room. She also intentionally remembered by name to call out during class (which seems nominal), but is easier said than done in a room full of 30+ people while you're also remembering your class plan. Really nice work Marlee!!! From one instructor to another...Keep it up!!!👏🏻

see all reviewsDid a TABATA class and it was great! The instructor was motivating, clear with her instructions and offered higher and lower intensity options for all rounds. It’s a short, 30 min class, so I found it easier to push myself, making the most of the time and full body workout. I’d definitely join the class again, and if you’re look for a quick, HIIT workout that you can really push yourself and get bang for your time, HIIT this class!

see all reviewsA GREAT CLASS. My legs were shaking at some point and thighs burning! I got a great workout in. Kelly is a great instructor in terms of energy and kindness. She was willing to stick back and answer questions about proper lift form as well. The class may be intense for those new to lifting and the pace quite fast, but even though it was my first time there, I felt accommodated as Kelly offered form variations, there was no judgement in taking a small break or moving down a weight, and I found comfort in the fact that the class was very diverse in age and ability! The energy of the class was unlike one I've seen before: everyone was trying their hardest to push their limits.

I would recommend including a guided stretching session towards the end of workout for muscle recovery. But they let you stay on for a lil longer to run on treadmill or to stretch. Recommended!!
