    Holy cow. Ive been to lots of these trendy heated yoga places - Y7, yoga vida, sky ting - this class was harder (and maybe hotter) than them all. Maybe also cuz I was fighting a cold. But it was doable, and all levels in the class. Loved the Jen and the playlist! Good vibes.

    Tyler was really great! Small class size at 5:30 so we all got a lot of individualized attention. Here is a hitting bag contraption he has invented called the bishop which is height adjustable, soft and springy. He really helps focus on teaching form. Class has a short warm up, some form practice, some combos intermixed with rapid fire, and cool down. An hour passed really quickly. You can rent quick raps and soft gloves for two dollars. No water to buy there but they have a filtered fountain. You will definitely sweat your butt off.

    This was SO good! Max was awesome. Great energy and a well designed class (it flew by). Saw him giving individual form corrections which is a rare sighting at Barrys. He would be a great instructor to take if you are new to Barrys because you can tell he actually cares. Highly recommend!

    More of a barre-based workout than I had expected (there werent any specifics provided on Torchd in the class description other than the fact that it was high-intensity).     Danbi was super welcoming as I came early and she showed me around. She talked to me about her journey and told me a few important things that would be happening before the class. Before the class started we went over a few key moves and things to know about the reformer. Class was DIFFICULT and I’ve done classes like Tone House and other intense HIIT classes. I loved challenging myself in a different way today and even though the music wasn’t my vibe the workout and Danbi definitely were. Even if you’re new to workout don’t feel bad about taking a pause when your muscle is about to cramp because it’s a community of people at different levels but I saw many people stopping at a point. I will hands down be back for another challenge!
