    Annette was so nice and encouraging! She did a great job of demonstrating proper exercise postures at a place in the room where everyone could see her and where we should be shifting our weight. She also was very attentive, giving excellent 1:1 direction and encouragement.

    Easy to follow along for a total newbie! Great instructions on proper form and stretching. TVs show the sets and recommended weights before you start, and then show the instructor once you get going which is helpful. The location doesn't have a front desk and there were no instructions walking in which was confusing - but once I got in the room it was fine.

    This gym! This gym! it's absolutely beautiful! The staff were very pleasant ! But most if all I just want to give Manuela The manager (I hope I spelled her name correctly-apologies in advance if I didnt) was the nicest and most pleasant gym manager I personally have ever dealt with before. From going too and having memberships with others she was truly top tier personality. Only thing they missing is some kettle bells but You would Love this place! Clean !     Lexus was great, her class was a little easier than others I’ve taken here (which I enjoyed lol, as someone newer to fitness these classes are usually super hard for me). She had an amazing playlist, each of the moves seemed to go with each of the songs so the beat really pushed you through.

    Thank god for this instructor opening the door and keeping it open halfway through class. The one thing about corepower is it sometimes gets way too hot to focus on form or your breath and having the door open helped immensely. Not every workout needs to be heated to 95 degrees!
