    As a distance runner, I’m obsessed with Dash. For folks who don’t like running on a treadmill for 45 minutes it might not be great, but even then, the focused effort on changing tempo, speed durations, and hills is so essential to my marathon training. Anyone prepping for a race, idc if it’s a 5k or an ultra, should consider these classes!

    Excellent workout and Will is solid, super motivating, awesome energy, and attentive. I do a lot of Pilates and this is a great addition following resistance principles but with the cardio while in form. Will definitely be back!
