I found this gym to be very accommodating with all levels from beginner to advanced. Feels like a personal training, but is a group session .They have coaches that pay attention to you individually instead of as a group, which I like .The work out is a variation of full body work out , mitt work, also group drills training. The boxing gym itself has a lot of great street art that is unique to this gym . Good for picture taking . The trainer is consistently enthusiastic to give you good push , which I find hard to find on class pass . Definitely will find a good boxing group at this gym if you’re new to the sport .
