    Oh my GOD. Where has this class been hiding all my life?! Just one class in and I’m already hooked. Far and away the best traditional Pilates class I’ve ever taken. Better than solidcore. Better than SLT. I was shaking, but in a way where I could actually push myself rather than feeling inadequate. Loved the intimacy of the space — allowed the instructor to tailor her comments to each individual. Felt very seen, taken care of, and challenged. HIGHLY recommend for anyone looking to up their Pilates game.

    With having to wear masks and having a reformer in between each person, this place is definitely Covid friendly! Enjoyed the instructor but wish he slowed down with his instructions a bit to better understand the next exercise.

    Flow Yoga

    Flow with Mikee is fantastic! I’ve been doing yoga for years & have gone to dozens of studios in NY & BK. He’s a true gem! Highly recommend. My only critic is the studio itself... I find the Crunch studio incredibly cold for its yoga classes. To the point of being uncomfortable. I really wish they would turn off the air & fans for the yoga classes.

    Jamie and Craig took it up a notch in this class! First timers - it's really challenging in the beginning but worth it to come back. It took me quite a few classes before I could completely follow a new routine. Plus routines are repeated for the following 2-3 weeks before a new one is taught.

Separately: An etiquette note to everyone who comes to SLT when sick: please cover your mouth when you’re coughing.
