see all reviewsGreat instructor! Tailored to all skill levels and picked up super quickly on people’s learning styles! Combination of mitt work, partnering, bag work, and shadowboxing. I think it would be challenging if it’s your first time boxing ever, but if you have a baseline experience it’s a great way to build your skillset and technique.

see all reviewsI don’t typically do reviews, but this is the most legit boxing gym I’ve been to. JR Mello and Ricardo were awesome. Very dedicated trainers. One of the best workouts I’ve done in the city. They focused on both conditioning and technique. I’m sore and I can count on one hand how many classes have made me this sore in NYC.
