Desmond curates the best songs for spinning of course~ (Important tip: If you need help setting up the bike, please come at least 15 min early to check in and change into spin shoes as one of the lovely things about Revolution studios is that the instructors usually open the door 10 minutes before class. This one was very well sequenced and everything made sense from the warmup postures to the strength drills and they definitely helped with achieving the final pose. The peak pose was crow & firefly + combinations of/ transitions between these 2. I can already can do titthibasana somewhat decently but I still got some really good pointers and tips to improve my form and even be able to play around with transitions. Great sweat sesh too!

I thought I was able to survive this too, ahaha I thought wrong. Kamesh class was pretty intense. There were many movements involving planks, pikes and push ups. We also used the weighted pole and it was too heavy for me so I had to down the springs. We also had lots of pulses. Don’t expect alignment correction or breathing guides. So, I don’t recommend this class for beginners. However, class was fast paced with loud background music, different from the usual slow pilates.

Instructor cues well and there's good progression of movement pieces, which can be challenging at the end. This class is not for newbies (better and safer to do private sessions) due to technicality and intensity of the workout. Need a certain level of physical conditioning and strength to be able to get through the whole session.
