One of the things I appreciate most is how welcoming the environment is. You don’t feel out of place, even if you’re new. The coaches make a huge difference, they’re not just standing by waiting for you to ask questions. They’re proactive, always observing and stepping in to correct your form or show you a better way to execute a move, even before the class begins. That kind of attention makes you feel seen, supported, and like you’re really learning something valuable each time you show up. There’s a strong sense of purpose in every class. It’s high-intensity from start to finish, but never overwhelming. The energy is focused and efficient, no time wasted, just pure training and personal growth. And it’s not just about getting through the workout; it’s about feeling the improvement, session by session. You walk out of class sweaty, tired, and completely satisfied. It’s the kind of workout that not only challenges your body but leaves you feeling mentally accomplished, like you’ve done something really good for yourself. Honestly, MT30 has changed the way I look at Muay Thai. It’s become something I look forward to. Sometimes my brain isn't working well in the morning and I really appreciate Geoffrey for coming around reminding us and emphasizing the correct forms and which muscles to engage for each of the exercises. (📍Also, he always emphasizes a very important point: i.e. using the 4/4 tempo). Pilates only class is tough, make no mistake about that. But the thing is, you will feel sooooo good afterwards it's totally worth the effort to attend this class (this might sound like an exaggeration but honestly, sometimes I feel like I get an epiphany and feel as if I've been reborn 😌😌😌).
