RJ is fantastic and I love learning so much at every class! It’s a great challenge. My advice to other beginners: keep coming back because at first you’ll be amazed at how much you learn each week. Progress, not perfection!

    Fit Camp

Rachel explains things clearly, and she's attentive so you don't mess up your body with bad form. She motivates all of us and I enjoy her classes so much I wish there were more fit camp days and times during the week 😌

    Fitness Bootcamp

Class has only 3 students (myself included and all female) and Mehdi was professional and effectively correcting our forms. Class is focused on upper+lower body strength training and core training. Because of the small size of class it almost felt like a personal training. I’ve been to many strength training classes and Mehdi is the most serious about forms. If you mostly do workout at home or other classes barely care about your form, I would recommend this class because everything you’ve been doing may be in incorrect forms and hurting your muscles rather than building them. I would say the only downside is that this gym is really hard to find lol there is no visible store sign. If you are in front of the dance center just turn right and go to the side of the building and open the 2nd door.

    Muay Thai/Kickboxing- All Levels

Attended the Muay Thai/Kickboxing-All Levels class with my husband and Mario was super patient and motivating throughout the class. We’re newbies at this so he put us aside to teach us the basics and it was super helpful - we really appreciated it! I do recommend bringing your own gloves and wraps, we travel often so we did use the gloves but it seems to be best to bring your own if you’re a germaphobe as they can be stinky lol I would definitely go again if I had the chance to. It was challenging (as someone who has no coordination) but fun! 😊

    Kickboxing - First Time Workout

I really enjoyed 9 Rounds. The Pos: 1) the staff was great. The trainer on site helped me as needed with form and had me hit his gloves and bags which is harder (but more fun) than solo. 2) the 9 rounds are only 3 min so your workout is mixed up. Cons: you have to buy the gloves and wraps after the first class. I have gloves and wraps but you have to have their branded ones. If you’re a member or going to go enough, it might be worth but not sure if you utilize class pass.

    Boxing

Best part about this class was the amount of time spent doing 1:1 pad work with a coach. Another trainer puts you through unique exercises when you’re not boxing, ones that you probably don’t do on your own. A fun and unique experience!
