This is my first time doing CrossFit and she is so attentive. She would come up with alternative movements to accommodate my level. Everyone here is so nice and welcoming as well. Crossfit is part of my weekly routine now!

see all reviewsI have to be honest, this gym is pretty difficult to break into as a Class Passer. And though I'm fairly new to CrossFit, I'm very comfortable in the gym. People keep to themselves and there are few instructions about how to navigate the workout plan, equipment, or exercise. No modifications are really allowed here. I sustained a couple of injuries that I feel could've been prevented. I think the instructor tried his best to look out for me but overall this was a pretty uncomfortable atmosphere in comparison to the hundreds of gyms I've visited. If you are a full on power lifter used to this type of grit, go for it. Others, I wouldn't really recommend.
