see all reviewsI had a fantastic class with Julienne. It was so hard, but it was also very different from any other solidcore class I’ve taken. She did a great job mixing up exercises and keeping things from being too terribly long so that you can push through (ie: splitting up abs and obliques). I also appreciated that she’s one of the only coaches I can actually understand on her mic! Great class.

see all reviewsThis was my first strength-focused fitness class ever and I came alone pretty nervous, but Jaina was so extremely helpful with her corrections and suggestions! It was definitely difficult (and I was using the lightest weights!), but I feel really good coming out of it and I intend to come back and take more classes :)

see all reviewsThis class was so challenging but the instructor was so funny and I loved his commentary. Loved the 2000s pop music and wished there was a bit more of that music since it was easier to pay attention to the lyrics than the extreme pain from the workout lol

see all reviewsThis class had intermediate/ advanced moves - not beginner friendly. There weren’t many cues for breathing and form so you should have a good foundation before taking a class. Wish they played music otherwise great. Appreciated the creativity of the moves.

see all reviewsSuch a good workout. There was also only 4 people there which was nice. Really liked the instructor - she was so nice and helped me get all set up. I feel she was also the perfect amount of coaching vs talking nonstop the whole class. HIIT cycle was no joke and it does really feel like you’re training vs some of the other cycle classes I’ve been to.

see all reviewsNice instructor and clean studio but do not park in the parking garage even with validation is not free and the machine gets stuck. I was stuck for 10 minutes waiting for someone to come and assist. The person behind me also went to the same class shouted that the parking garage kiosk has not worked for four weeks and she had gotten stuck every time she tries to leave the garage.
