    Such amazing positive, motivating, full of light energy and such a strong teacher. She leaves room for all levels and there’s no judgement or pushiness but she always gives you a target and goal. She also looks at everyone in the room and always assists you if you need it. I always enjoy and learn from her classes. She also goes slow but somehow is able to cover it all off.

    Studio is beautiful and Ellah is sweet and encouraging. She came to introduce herself before class and asked if I had any injuries which I really appreciated. Class was challenging and I loved the new megaformer machines. At times I thought the resistance could have been heavier though.
