    Zhora was wonderful. 3 women arrived late after the door was locked and made a big deal to be let in. They then brought their bags, phones, and not so great energy into the room. Zhora handled it really well and offered 1:1 modifications and adjustments for all of us. It was a beautiful class and I’m so happy I attended, despite the less than stellar yogi behavior.

    Gabbi led a super challenging full body lagree class on the new megaformers 🤩 you can expect high intensity, low impact strength classes with Kai Lagree Studio & to feel the shakes immediately 🥵 I love this beautiful studio so much & will continue to return😍 ✨✨✨for new lagree lovers: get to class at least 5-10 minutes early so the trainers can introduce you to the megapro machines (this is Lagree, NOT PILATES! They’re very different!). There’s plenty of parking in the lot out front, restroom & cubbies. Grippy socks for sale as well (required for Lagree). Go slower than you think you need to - Lagree is about doing it with correct form and pushing you to muscle fatigue, not the amount of reps you do.

    Marina is one of my favorite instructors at SPENGA. She gives very clear instructions and demos before and during each rep. She also walks around and corrects poses when necessary and provides modifications to poses that might be more difficult. This was my first time taking a rep class, and it was a nice twist to SPENGA’s usual sessions with a focus on strength training. I would definitely take this class again with Marina!

    I’ve taken 2 classes now and I’m loving it! I like how the instructor takes time to teach the different moves at the beginning of each song, and the songs slowly get faster. Its pretty beginner friendly, and the gym regulars are very friendly and helpful. Love the music and the vibes. The class is not super high cardio because theres a lot of breaks in between songs. But if you like a more fun workout/dance type class, then I would definitely recommend!
