    Rumble is a beautiful facility. The studio is spacious and their bathroom is amazing with all the amenities including towels, lotion the whole nine yards to freshen up after class. Plenty of free street parking around the area and there is free 2 hour lot called Coral parking too. Class itself is a great workout. The reviewers are not kidding when they say the music is loud so wear the earplugs they provide. Mason had great energy but wish he walked around the room checking on people more - there was a girl who clearly was extremely lost and I stepped in to help after the second round because I could tell she didn’t understand the punches.

    This was my first time taking this class, and while I think it was a bit different than what I was looking for (I usually do hot yoga), it’s great for what it is. FYI the temperature isn’t hot - it’s warm at most. Diana is a great instructor! I really appreciate that she would come to the side of the room (instead of staying at the front) so that we could see what she was doing, especially because there were a lot of people.

    Amazing energy from both Jess and the class, and great beats to cycle along to!! It was my first time ever at a spin class and Jess was very kind and patient when helping me set up with the bike and shoes. My quads were on fire and I was drenched in sweat after 30 min.     Loved Rachel!! I’ve taken quite a few barre classes and she was one of my favorites. She’s enthusiastic, kind and motivating. High energy and had you moving a lot without doing boring movements like jumping jacks in between sets. I also loved that she incorporated a fair amount of stretching in between sets as well. I would say she’s a beginner friendly class but an intermediate level can still have a challenging workout.

    Great class! The gym itself is incredibly spacious much bigger than the other F45 gyms I’ve been in. The class was half size so you could get additional input from the coaches. The coaches do a good job of walking around the class and providing modifications, tips to do to improve form, and encourage you as a member. Sunnyvale has a different set up than most F45s with MWF being strength days and T/Th/S classes being cardio/hybrid days. After class, I used their showers which were well maintained. I was offered a towel as needed. Shower was spacious and had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hairdryers within the space. I will be returning eagerly!
