    What a fun workout! The front desk staff member was so welcoming and gave a great introduction for my first time. The instructor was also really nice and helped me get set up on my bike. The only thing I would say is that I wish we could have more time in transitioning, especially to yoga, because my heart rate was still very high from the strength portion, and it would’ve been better to feel more relaxed heading into something like yoga. Regardless, it was still a great experience and I would definitely come back!

    I loved this HIIT class! I usually don’t do cardio- Matter of fact: I dislike doing cardio. However this class was great! I really felt worked, from my arms, to my legs, and even to my heart! It was pumping so fast, it felt amazing. My instructor was very kind and knowledgeable. She was very patient with me and taught he me proper form for strength training.     Firstly, there is only one entrance to the gym from the outside. You check in with the front desk. To get to the cheer class, you walk down toward the green turf and you’ll see doors on the far right to the room where class is held. I saw a bunch of people getting lost. Women’s locker room is downstairs. Anyway, this class is definitely a challenge. You work up a sweat with all the cardio. It’s quite fun and Keiko is a very upbeat teacher. It’s follow-along style, so if you wanted a guided lesson with techniques explained, this is not the class for you. I am a fast learner so I enjoyed it

    The class is self paced but also highly effective because of the amount of time the coach provides with guidance. I have been regularly exercising but still was doing things wrong and the coach was super helpful in correcting my posture and guiding me. I was able to lift more and feel the burn better.     Would recommend! Coach Brian is excellent. He is very patient and makes sure everybody is using the right technique. In the Intro class, he walked through the punches, kicks, and knees in depth and taught us how to position ourselves. I have done some cardio kickboxing classes before but this class really helped me understand the fundamentals much better. I definitely recommend this for beginners! In terms of stuff to bring, I recommend bringing your own gloves and hand wraps if you have them. They will provide gloves if you don't have them though.

Mostly women taking the class and very empowering feminist energy which I loved. I think this class is perfect for those who are just getting back into working out and need high energy to feel motivated. They mentioned they host night classes at 6pm where they turn off the lights and give glow sticks which sounds fun!     Honestly, this has become one of my favorite workouts by far! Great facilities, many parking spots, awesome equipment, and awesome people. Ron is an AMAZING instructor. He assisted me with figuring out my proper form and helped me feel more comfortable with lifting. I honestly had so much fun during this workout.
