Especially love the music today!! Very fun house with some 80s remixed. Love the tempo and pace very challenging with a right amount of breaks. Love that she uses a mic and also makes it easy for us to follow her as she elevates herself. Love taking classes Alyssa!!

Only my second prenatal class but really enjoyed this class, primarily focused on stretching and light strength. The instructor had great recommendations, cues and overall input on how to treat your body during this time!

    IN-STUDIO Bikram Yoga

The instructor is really accommodating and it was nice that she checked in with me personally before and during the class. This was my first Vikram yoga class so perhaps this is exactly as desired, but I did not like the intensity behind the flows with the militaristic chanting, and felt kind of anxious in periods.

    Enchanted Forest Immersive Restorative Yoga

Cool space and scent. Also love that they’ve set everything up (mat, bolster, blanket, blocks). It got a bit chilly though as this isn’t a super active class (to generate more body heat), so if I do come back to the Restorative class, I should wear or bring a sweater.

    Glow Strength

The strength class was hard in the best way possible, and, my glutes, arms and core are sore today. Class was not fast but perfect, and the teacher was detailed about my form, which I both, really appreciate. My fave Kettlebell class ever!

Monday Candlelight Yoga & Dinner at Bhakti SF

Chris’s yoga class was a truly transformative experience. The Jivamukti flow wove together yoga philosophy, kirtan, and meditation in a way that felt deeply spiritual and grounding. It wasn’t just a class—it was a journey into the heart of yoga. The post-class complimentary vegetarian meal brought the community together, creating a space to connect, share, and extend the energy of the practice. BhaktiSF radiates love, devotion, and connection, and I’m so grateful to have found this sacred space. I’ll definitely be returning to continue this beautiful journey with the community. Namaste! 🙏🏻✨

    Anti Gravity Yoga

I had an unusually small class according to Armando and I got to go slower because of it. I am grateful as I probably would have been intimidated out of doing most of it. Anti-gravity yoga is no joke, it requires a lot of core strength -- which I do not have much of, but it was still really fun. I was able to mostly keep up with about 4 months of mostly yin yoga experience ALL WHILE NOT TOUCHING THE FLOOR. The class is really great for releasing tension in the hips and back, I cracked a bunch both while doing the poses and after. When you do return to the floor, your body feels so different. I would highly recommend this class to anyone looking for an entirely unique yoga experience all while pushing your practice to new heights (pun intended).
