Arise opened a new studio room downstairs and it's definitely different than their one upstairs with windows and plant... it gives polished dungeon vibes and unfortunately there's tons of columns that obstruct the view to the teacher. In Iyengar we use the walls often - and there are brick walls or candles on the regular walls... I hope Arise considers this

see all reviewsI don’t like reformers but it’s hard to find a good mat plates class—this is what I’ve been looking for! It was gentle but effective. Felt the burn but didn’t necessarily sweat lol. Only thing is it was bit unclear when to inhale vs exhale, and when we are alternating left/right vs just doing one side.
