Instructor was very upbeat! I will definitely be returning ... that burn is real! Ps thank you to the instructor for correcting form at times. It is important to me to have proper form and since I don’t do barre often (at least currently), it helps to have an instructor who will walk over and direct minor shifts to make for a solid workout!

Jeannine is great! She always incorporates new movements that are effective but not complicated. I usually wake up sore the next day. My only suggestion is to turn the music down just a tad during the tabata at the end. Some times I think it’s just a little too loud.

I don't necessarily love Barre classes, but they definitely leave me sore and burning!! I've always wished Barre was actually more ballet. If you like Barre, you will like this class. A delightful instructor in a quaint studio.

I thought Id done well with my first class aftermath...until I showed up for THIS today. Ouch. Another fantastic class at what may become my favorite studio in the area. Brigitte was solid, challenging, and made good corrections around the room even with a very full class.

Arrived early but the instructor wasn’t there until 10 minutes before the start of class so I had to wait outside. No big deal. Class was barre plus interval cardio bursts. Room is not very hot in comparison to a hot yoga class. Instructor demonstrated everything and was very personable. I would return as it’s a great full body workout.

Really challenging class! Good sequencing and cueing, nice setup with props at each barre spot. The only thing I wish was different was not having fluorescent 2x4 lights overhead.

I always forget how hard this workout is... Loved Carlys style - her demonstrations were on point (pun intended), and I liked how much of the workout she did with us. She also helped with my stretching at the end of class, which was welcomed!

    COREcentric

Great class! I wasn’t sure what to expect but Elease gave a deep and concentrated core workout. She had great cues for tuning in to muscle groups while moving and I absolutely love that she focused on keeping a neutral lower spine and pelvis. It’s amazing how much core work one can achieve without flexing or “crunching” the spine. Will be back for sure!

What a nice studio and friendly staff/instructors. I just love the skylights in the studio! And the fancy water dispenser. They sell some snacks and gear too. I was visiting for a conference and really enjoyed the class and that the instructor called me by name w/ encouragement during class and gave some helpful corrections. Go here!

Class was good. Instructor and studio were welcoming and friendly. I don't consider myself as beginner in this type of exercise, so movements started off trivial and easy at first. But it definitely got challenging. I was pushing myself and working on my forms. Heavily on arm work with weights and barre work, with just a small bit of mat/abs work at the end. P.S. Probably should choose 1lb weight on your first time.

This was my first barre body class. This class is not just stretching and barre work. It is similar to a Pilates mat class combined with classical ballet postures. The instructor was very good about demonstrating correct form and giving good cues and reminders to keep alignment throughout the class.

I’m a fan of EDM and hard hitting beats. I hate slow, boring songs to workout to, so I loved Meg’s playlist. Excellent cueing and personalized attention and corrections. The twitch and burn is REAL! I hate being hot though, and they keep their studio very warm, so wear a tank top. Bring your own towel and water bottle. Great class. I’ll be back.

New to this Pilates influenced barre class. The instructor was very positive and helpful. I definitely have some minor adjustments to work on, but I plan to be back. You will break a sweat! The leg movements were definitely working my quads and calves, which were already sore from a separate workout that I did the day before. No shortage of burn!
