Heated Vinyasa II with Jorge
Jorge is one of the best teachers I have taken in the 20+ years I have been practicing yoga asana. He has a deep understanding of the yoga philosophy and being able to communicate that to the class in a relatable real world way. His asana is strong, challenging and inspiring. You can tell he has a passion for this sacred movement. I am so happy to have found him in this beautiful studio!
Barralates with Ana
Front was nice. Front desk girl gave us a quick tour of the place but didn’t introduce us to the instructor/instructor never approached us as it was our first time. One out of three ceiling fans were on while we were locked in a tiny room. When I asked the instructor if she could turn the other two fans on, she ignored my request, I asked a second time and she attempted to turn them on with this controller for 2 seconds then gave up and ended up turning the one fan that was actually going OFF, didn’t saying anything as to why she couldn’t turn them on, I felt ignored. I almost walked out 18 mins in- it was hot, musty, smelly. I felt claustrophobic in there. Oh, and the instructor was texting on her Apple Watch throughout class. The instructor also told us to grab weights but she didn’t specify light or heavy weights. I wish I would’ve know that we only would’ve used the weights for one song, as I would’ve grabbed heavy but assumed light since everyone grabbed 2 or 3 lbs weights
Vinyasa I with Anna
Anna’s class is great! The flow is different every time, and she pushes you to try new poses. I was a bit disappointed this time when the studio charged $1 for towel use... I get charging to rent a mat. However, towels are usually free at most fitness studios. It’s only $1 but still a little inconvenient if you don’t have cash, and a feels a little like nickel and dime-ing.
Sunrise Vinyasa with Marcia
I loved it! It was challenging but easy to follow. And Marcia was great!

Studio space for the class was too small. Teacher had great energy.

Great workout that was not too difficult. Upbeat Instructor.

Such a fun class! The instructor helped reposition and guide on poses/movements. It was high intensity, lots of glute and leg work! I’m in love with Barralates! Can’t wait for my next class!
Heated Vinyasa II with Marlene
Fantastic sequencing, awesome instructor. I do wish she offered a few adjustments and/or assists, but that’s just personal preference. Excellent and highly recommend
