She shared that she will be celebrating her bday next Tuesday, we did the math on her age based on her being 18 in 1984. I couldn’t believe it, she looks amazing! I thought she was only a few years older than me, I’m turning 39 in a couple of weeks! Go virgos! Hope I am as strong and fit like her when I get older. Class was great and liked the playlist today.

It’s definitely not your traditional barre class, which is why I love it so much because I hate barre. But it does incorporate some barre moves which I really enjoyed in that environment. Aimee was a great instructor I was surprised that she also does the moves with us! I also love the cold towel at the end of class, the cool down stretch is so nice.
