My only problem is are the clients are extremely annoying because if there’s all this vacant space in the class, they will come and squish up next to you every time and I’m not sure if that’s a rule that I haven’t been informed of here, but I don’t know why people bunch up like that here when there’s so much room it’s like they wanna overlap mats. It’s kind of weird, but that has nothing to do with the instructor.

My head kinda hurt a little after, nothing major. Be SURE not to lock your knees during class (you can hurt yourself) and bring a towel! You will sweat! This cardio is big. There’s street parking for an hour in front of the studio and things move fast here. Kind of in and out so arrive early if you’re unfamiliar and get ready to move! Grabbing weights and equipment etc.

My only word of caution is if you like to sweat and you're not a person that likes fans blowing on you while you work out, make sure you don't stand anywhere near the fans. There are so many fans and if I get there late I'm stuck and then I don't sweat at all. But if you're a person who doesn't like to sweat, then you are golden!
