About this studio
Pure Barre is a full body, low-impact, intelligently sequenced, challenging workout set to music that drives the class. The technique protects your joints by avoiding any bouncing or jumping. Each strength section of the workout is followed by a stretching section in order to create long, lean muscles without bulk. The technique works to defy gravity by tapering everything in and lifting it up! Please be aware classes start on time and clients should arrive 15 minutes early. How to prepare
1.New students must arrive 15 mins early to fill out paperwork, regardless of having been to other Pure Barres 2.We cannot accommodate anyone who is more than 5 mins late for Pure Barre Classic, or any late entry for Pure Empower or Pure Reform. 3.Pants, legging or capris (no shorts) + socks required 4.Shoes & cell phones are not allowed in studio 5.Please let the instructor know of any injuries 6.Pregnant students: always consult with your doctor before beginning a new exercise routine and alert your teacher for modifications
How to get there
The nearest free (2 hours) parking is located at the Beverly Hills Tennis Court on the corner of La Cienega Blvd and Gregory Way. You must be driving south on La Cienega Blvd to enter the structure. Our studio is tucked behind the Subway sandwich shop on La Cienega Blvd in the block south of Wiltshire Blvd. If this is your first time visiting Pure Barre Beverly Hills, please arrive 15 minutes before your class time. We cannot let anyone into class 5 minutes after the start time!
