About this studio

One Life Yoga offers a wide variety of both physical and non-physical yoga, including hatha, vinyasa, yin/restorative and kundalini, plus guided meditations and yoga nidra. Every Sunday night attend Sundays are for Soundbaths, a sound-guided meditation led by a different practitioner each week. At One Life Yoga, the intention is to share the holistic benefits of yoga - benefits that transcend the purely physical and support your entire healthy, active lifestyle. How to prepare

Please bring a mat, wear yoga apparel or loose clothing, and bring water to stay hydrated - the studio offers a water filling station if you need to refill a container. If you are attending a heated class, bring a towel or towel mat.

How to get there

Please come in through the parking lot entrance! Best parking is available in the parking lot behind the studio. Entrance to lot is off Washington Ave, next to Lavender and Honey. Enter through the door with the One Life Yoga sign above it. Parking can be a challenge on Saturday and Sunday mornings. If needed, you can also park on Hill Ave and enter thru our Hill Ave door!

This class really challenged my practice in a very good way! The adjustments made for me weren’t pushy, they were useful and just right. However, if you don’t like being touched/adjusted, say something before class.

VERY slow-paced. I’d only recommend this to someone who is elderly, injured or has a very labor-intensive job. But if you’d like me (and most Americans) and have a fairly sedentary life/job, so you’re looking to do yoga for a workout, then this is not it. The studio does have more fitness-oriented classes that i would love to try, though.

Hi, thanks for your feedback! Our Earth class is a yin/restorative style of class intended as an opportunity to open space in the body and deep stretch using longer passive holds. This is definitely not a workout option but it does compliment an active lifestyle if you are have tight, sore muscles, or if you are someone who is challenged with finding stillness and relaxing in general. With that said, if you are looking for more of an active class, I'd highly encourage you attending our Heated Water on either Tues 8pm, Weds 6am or Sat 10am - I think it will be more what you are looking for and I'd love to see you there! Sarah is very nice and fun. I felt great after walking out of there. Will definitely come back!

Didn’t really feel like a vinyasa class because we would hold poses for multiple long breaths. Instructor was very encouraging and approached for adjustments very often.

What is ClassPass?

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
