About this studio

One Life Yoga offers a wide variety of both physical and non-physical yoga, including hatha, vinyasa, yin/restorative and kundalini, plus guided meditations and yoga nidra. Every Sunday night attend Sundays are for Soundbaths, a sound-guided meditation led by a different practitioner each week. At One Life Yoga, the intention is to share the holistic benefits of yoga - benefits that transcend the purely physical and support your entire healthy, active lifestyle. One Life | One Yoga.

How to prepare

Please bring a mat, wear yoga apparel or loose clothing, and bring water to stay hydrated - the studio offers a water filling station if you need to refill a container. If you are attending a heated class, bring a towel or towel mat.

How to get there

Please come in through the parking lot entrance! Best parking is available in the parking lot behind the studio. Entrance to lot is off Washington Ave, next to Lavender and Honey. Enter through the door with the One Life Yoga sign above it. Parking can be a challenge on Saturday and Sunday mornings. If needed, you can also park on Hill Ave and enter thru our Hill Ave door!

Didn’t really feel like a vinyasa class because we would hold poses for multiple long breaths. Instructor was very encouraging and approached for adjustments very often.

Reza’s vinyasa style water sequence is still my favorite class. The class builds slowly is still challenging and gives you a great foundation. Highly recommend.

Mind blown. Gladys has words to put you in the natural aligned body positions. I was really connected with breath, like I never felt in the last year. She also did a bit of alignment/chiro with my shoulders. Love! What a beautiful spirit.

What is ClassPass?
