    Great class! Loved the time spent on lower body, just wish we did more upper body; so much time on abs and obliques, I feel like some of that time could be allocated to arms/upper body. But the instructor was great; she demonstrated the movements and gave ample time to get prepared for the next exercise while telling and showing you what was coming next.

    Similar to Orangetheory Fitness or Barry’s where the class was a combo of treadmill workout upstairs followed by weights in the downstairs studio. Just like OTF and Barry’s, treadmill workout was a mix of speed and inclines so perfect if you love cardio workout! This is a good starter class for ClassPass members that would like to sign up for Barry’s but are intimated.

    Enjoyed the class and liked that you could scale it based on how much weight you used. Instructor is really involved and watching everyone’s form to correct if needed. Love the emphasis on choosing the weight you want/feel is best, whereas most gyms/fitness classes push you to always go heavier.

    Great workout, great instructor! The only downfall is this location seems to always overbook their classes leaving very little space to flow freely without concern of bumping into someone.     Tanya is simply one of the best instructors in SF. Ive been practicing in the city for over 4 years and always prioritizing practicing with Tanya at Moxie when I can.
