see all reviewsI love that they really pay attention to your form and how you’re performing movements overall. In a room full of other people I still felt cared for and felt very personalized. Since the class didn’t indicate a particular focus on muscle group, would have loved for it to be a bit more full body rather than majority upper body-focused but was still a great workout nonetheless. Made me feel really welcome and one of the best Pilates studios I’ve been to in the city.

Anna was subbing class. She is a great classical instructor. Very articulate. 30/30 reformer / tower. nice paced. i don’t love the leather/ wood handle reformers as they hurt a bit. i love that they don’t force you to wear socks which is how pilates should be done!

I felt quite awkward at the start, but Patricia was really helpful in making you feel more confident on the pole. There are only 5 poles in the room, but luckily we didn’t really have to share.
