This is not a gym class. It's kind of like physical therapy. Very slow paced and too easy.

I really enjoyed this class. The instructor is quite pleasant, but I wish she would have given more corrections since it was my first time using the jump board.

Love this class, it's great that we don't stay in the same machine or work the same muscle group for too long. Plus Dan is so entertaining and nice!
MELT Method with Kim
Kim is awesome . I really enjoy doing MELT and with Kim's delightful calm yet uplifting teaching method it's so easy to relax and understand the technique so that your body gets the most out of the method. It's truly the only class on CP to help the body reconnect , rebalance, rehydrate and release .
MELT Method with Kim
I didn't know what to expect from this class but I definitely wasn't disappointed. The class goes through a circuit of movements to ease tension and help balance the body. Kim was attentive.
