Mask-wearing policies
Masks are optional for teachers and students. If it makes you more comfortable, you are welcome to wear a mask and request your teacher wear one as well.

We keep HEPA filters running in each room
Extra sanitation
We do regular disinfection of high touch areas, in addition to our regular cleaning routine.
Limited capacity
Maximum mat class class size is 10 people, semi-privates are limited to 3 people, and our private sessions take place in private rooms, so you can really focus on yourself instead of getting distracted by those around you.
