    SPENGA

I had a blast! I did the true Spenga class (spin, strength, and yoga). Fun format—I particularly enjoyed the strength portion because it was most challenging. If it’s your first time, try to come early for sure to understand the spinning Zones and what they mean! I didn’t and was able to ask after but I wish I had gotten the spiel in the beginning :) I also would say it can be a little hard to hear the mic VS the music in the spin portion so try to sit in the center. Thanks to Kevin at the front and the instructor for being so helpful!

    WIND DOWN WEDNESDAY W/ ASHLEY

The studio is easy to find with plenty of parking. The team, a specially Ashley, are very welcoming and the class was approachable. I went back the following week and brought a friend! #classpassinsider

    BOOT CAMP - STATIONS

This class was really good. First time taking this class, I was intimidated to go at first but felt welcomed especially from the instructor when I walked in the door. I like Parker’s instructions, he is not like super scary military screaming at your face kinda instructor. He would push the team and also would have dance breaks when the music hits. So that was nice. The class is hard work and you have to push yourself. So it’s all in you. The circuits are good and I prefer to pair up to help me push myself. I tried to pair up with some of the other members but I didn’t get a good vibe. I think it’s because that I was new. I’ll try again next time. But highly recommend this class for a good Sunday morning workout.

    Vinyasa Flow

Even though I was the only yogi in attendance , Ana provided a full, challenging vinyasa class for me. She personalized the class for me and provided feedback to get the best from me. I love it at Eternal Bliss!
