    Great class!! Kayley was so helpful & friendly — made sure I was well set up & checked in with me after. And the class itself was great. I have joint disease, so I loved that it was low impact—I was able to really push myself with the cycling & the weights without causing any pain. And the yoga was a great way to end class! Calm the nervous system & reintroduce some mobility. 10/10 can’t wait to come back
