As a first-timer, Yelena chatted with me before the class, gave me advice and checked up on me (and the other first-timers) throughout the class, helping correct form and offering modifications for all moves! Yelena is definitely a great instructor who knows how to motivate students! It was nice to have such personalized attention in a group class like this one. It was certainly a challenging class, but I felt so strong after. The room was heated, but didn’t feel excessively hot - I’d call it more warm than hot. The studio is nice, there are 3 rooms within it for classes and has showers too. Thank you so much for a great experience! :)

see all reviewsI went to the full-row class which was 45 mins (the time breakdown is 95% rowing, 5% stretching) Great, high-energy class! Erin does such a great job motivating everyone! I’m still a beginner to rowing but Erin came around a few times to help me with my technique, which I really appreciated - thank you!! Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone interested in rowing! 🚣🏻♀️💪🏻

see all reviewsThe instructor was young, probably about 15 to 20 years younger than I am. He was very warm, welcoming, and kept an eye out for me. He assuaged my anxiety about not keeping up with the group. We began with a well-designed, dynamic, stretching and lengthening warm-up. The warm-up was challenging and had some cardiovascular intensity. We then moved onto a weight progression that led up to doing jerks with a bar. Because it was my first time, my bar did not have weight on it. He was very attentive to my questions on form and helped correct me. He would also challenge me and push me forward. Which I really appreciated. we also did a hang and lifted our legs in the process. That was very difficult for me. Nonetheless, he gently encouraged me and suggested that I was stronger than I believe. We also did a dumbbell row which was straightforward for me because I had done that in other situations. We finished off the class with some cardio. I did that on the bike. Had a really nice balance of encouraging and pushing the participants. Also letting us make adjustments for what we needed for ourselves. It was an excellent workout. It’s a level above what? I am ready for right now. However, it’s something that I could see myself signing up for in the future.

It was a fast-paced workout with some resistance training as well, so it was very functional, not all cardio, and low impact on the joints. Beginner friendly. The instructor was super nice, welcoming, and full of energy. The studio is a typical one room space. Parking was easy because it was early in the morning. I wish they had more trampoline classes later in the day though because 8 AM is way too early for me!

I like the smaller classes.at FitTrac and the more granular weights available for training in a more measured way. The community is very welcoming and the coaches are happy to demonstrate, correct when necessary, encourage, congratulate. Also. the music is played at a reasonable volume :)
