    Semi Private

    Alvin is super encouraging and can gauge your strength to push you if you can. He corrects your form and offers suggestions, which has helped me understand why I wasn’t engaging the correct muscle groups on certain exercises before this class. I’d highly recommend the semi private class for a small group (it was me and another person) to get you the attention in working out your form and getting your energy up and running! Also appreciated that the class was just 45 minutes for us who have to run to work after.
