C2 - CorePower Yoga 2
see all reviewsRachel was a lovely instructor for the Y2 class. It gets hot in there, but if you have water you’ll be fine. Rachel was kind, inspiring, and very knowledgeable about the different postures and knew what subtle adjustments to suggest to make it even more effective

see all reviewsThe gym was awesome! So much to offer, so many different spaces to do different kinds of workouts. The staff was super friendly and helpful, everything was clean and tidy. The only critique I have is that the woman’s locker room has some janky looking carpet, but that’s speaking more on the aesthetic/comfort factor which is NOT the reason I come to a gym! Overall, low key place that I would definitely come back to.

see all reviewsLoved the energy of the class - I struggled to keep up the quick pace as a beginner and first timer at the studio, but overall enjoyed it. If the address in ClassPass sends you to the corner of Davie like it did for me, just google 110 Yoga and use the address on their website, it's just down the street and easy to find!

see all reviewsLoved this class! Instructor was so nice and friendly when coming into the space. Directed me to the space and lockers to put down my stuff. I loved the temperature in the studio, definitely felt the “hot” atmosphere but made my workout that much better! Would recommend for any yogi, loved that she instructed us into positions but also gave alternatives for people looking for a challenge or for people who needed more of a “support”. 10/10

see all reviewsInstructor was so friendly and helped me get the seat for the cycling portion set up. I loved how the most intense part of the workout is first and we finish with yoga to recenter and come back to ourselves. It’s a nice way to wrap up the workout so we aren’t leaving heavy breathing. I’m a yogi at heart but this is a nice switch up to get my heart rate up! Would take again!

see all reviewsMollie was a phenomenal instructor. The class flowed beautifully and the music was great. I also was very impressed as it was my first time in her class and she knew my name and used it twice. (it was also the theme of the class, and I genuinely appreciated the messaging) I will definitely be keeping an eye out for her classes to take again

see all reviewsDana and the lovely lady at the front desk were both extremely kind. 🤗 It’s welcoming as a beginner when you are greeted with kindness the moment you enter the space. Be mindful that the class may be streamed online. I don’t think anyone should let that deter them from coming, but it is useful to know. This is still your individual practice and your focus should remain on you and what your body feels comfortable doing. I was the least experienced in the class but will proudly go into a modification. 😄 Yoga is not about comparison. It’s about honoring your needs 🧘🏽♀️💕 I met a member who is 53 with scoliosis and said she has been coming for 5-6 years. She shared that it has helped her back issues and increased her mobility. Would highly recommend and return again. 🥰🩷
