I definitely left feeling better than i went in. The studio strikes a good balance of available if you need but not annoying/ you can check yourself in and set yourself up if you're not in the mood for chitchat

see all reviewsThe gym was awesome! So much to offer, so many different spaces to do different kinds of workouts. The staff was super friendly and helpful, everything was clean and tidy. The only critique I have is that the woman’s locker room has some janky looking carpet, but that’s speaking more on the aesthetic/comfort factor which is NOT the reason I come to a gym! Overall, low key place that I would definitely come back to.

The check in process was great and a mat rental was offered for $3, super convenient and not at all a bad price. Kat was so welcoming and directed the entire group as a community which felt great to be a part of something beyond just me.

see all reviewsDana and the lovely lady at the front desk were both extremely kind. 🤗 It’s welcoming as a beginner when you are greeted with kindness the moment you enter the space. Be mindful that the class may be streamed online. I don’t think anyone should let that deter them from coming, but it is useful to know. This is still your individual practice and your focus should remain on you and what your body feels comfortable doing. I was the least experienced in the class but will proudly go into a modification. 😄 Yoga is not about comparison. It’s about honoring your needs 🧘🏽♀️💕 I met a member who is 53 with scoliosis and said she has been coming for 5-6 years. She shared that it has helped her back issues and increased her mobility. Would highly recommend and return again. 🥰🩷
