    My first barre class with Timmons and it was great! Good playlist, a lot of instruction on maintaining proper form and motivational shout outs! There was only a few of us in this class but she was able to read the room/ read confusion very well and make sure we understood the steps to have a great workout. Thank you!

    Not for the weak honestly it was great but if it’s your first time don’t do this class let this class be your 2nd or 3rd but I did it and pushed through also doesn’t matter if you say your new the front desk won’t walk and show you where to go which they don’t have to but it’s common courtesy but the class was great!

    Loved how accessible this flow was, with great.guidance on how to make it more or less intense. Very.focused on moving in the way that your body needed versus striving to nail specific poses etc. Left feeling more open and grounded, perfect reset heading into a new week. Bye bye Sunday scaries!!

    Fast paced, yet tons of fun! Love the music. I couldn’t quite keep up as I’m terribly out of shape, but I didn’t feel pressured to do things outside of my range of motion (although I was gently encouraged to maintain correct position). Will definitely be attending again :)

    Natalia was a fantastic instructor! This was my first time in any type of aerial class and luckily I was the only person who’d booked so it was 1-on-1! The warm up was great and taught me some core control, and by the end she had me doing some very fun inversions on the sling! I will definitely be back!

    Very hot but so fun! The studio was so welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed since it was my first time with them. It’s clear they deeply care about their studio community ans also newcomers and providing top tier work outs. The instructors didn’t move too fast or slow, gave us tips on how to make sure we were engaging the right muscles and why it was important to focus to keep ourselves from an injury. I will absolutely be back and hope to bring a friend. 11/10
