see all reviewsDaniela flow sequence today was so (sly)smooth. Usually when we switch sides, I sneak in a quick break but her flow went to the other side so seamlessly I felt like I got “checkmated” and was too impressed and stunned at the same time. Well played, Daniela! Well played!

see all reviewsFirst time at this studio. Great experience. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Room was clean, well heated and spacious. High quality props. Super convenient two individual changing/bathrooms right there. Class was also great, instructor took time to explain proper posture. She also asked about injuries at the beginning which I def appreciated. I was worried about parking but it was no issue - and if there hadn’t been a street spot they validate the parking deck.

see all reviewsI am a total beginner at rowing, and I am recovering from an injury that limited my exercise options for a couple of months, so this class was extremely challenging for me. The instructor and the other staff member were both supportive and kind, though, and suggested other classes they offer that might help me get back up to speed. Dale also respected my limits when I said I needed to take a break or stop, which I appreciate. Overall this was a good experience, even if this particular class was above my current level!
