The instructors were very supportive and made sure I knew what was going on through all the transitions. It seems like a great community of individuals. The cardio class I went to was definitely a challenge, but it felt good to push myself and I would definitely recommend!

The small repetitive workouts were challenging yet great and made even more doable through the positive energy and amazing encouragement that came from the class instructor, Kat. Lindsay was the instructor and she was attentive and encouraging to everyone in the class! It was also such an uplifting and positive space, everyone was cheering each other on and giving high-fives the whole class! It was a bit hard to hear some of the instructions at the beginning but it is very easy to follow others and keep up if you miss something. I would definitely recommend it to both beginners and advanced levels because you can choose your weights and intensity.
