    Definitely incorporate this into your practice! I started an exercise journey in Jan (now June) doing a variety of classes. Although I feel great I do find myself feeling sore, tired, sometimes tight in knees hips etc. This classes focus targeted all of that and was a great booster for the week. If I had to choose 2 words to describe this class it would be relaxing and grounding. Essential oils were included which was a nice touch to deepen the relaxation (optional of course) Highly recommended this class!
