    I am a total beginner at rowing, and I am recovering from an injury that limited my exercise options for a couple of months, so this class was extremely challenging for me. The instructor and the other staff member were both supportive and kind, though, and suggested other classes they offer that might help me get back up to speed. Dale also respected my limits when I said I needed to take a break or stop, which I appreciate. Overall this was a good experience, even if this particular class was above my current level!
