    This was my first class at CPY and first ever heated class. I was a bit nervous that it would be too intense for me but it was a great experience.     First visit to Madabolic was great! Took the Durability class and felt I got a good workout. Hannah was friendly, quick to answer my questions, and made sure I was using correct form (which I appreciated since some moves were new and I’m just getting back into classes.)     I enjoyed the class! I've taken aerial silks before and it was much like that course. We reviewed some of the basic wraps and got into a couple of basic poses. Even though they were basic, they can still pose a challenge and be fun depending on your skill level. The class works muscles that go under the radar. Mostly those that are found in the arms and back. It also works your hands, fingertips, feet, and toes. This can be uncomfortable for some, but remember your body isn't used to using some of these muscle groups. It's just waking up to new movements. I highly recommend this class and instructor. I'll definitely be back! The only thing that I wasn't a fan of was that the silks/fabrics had a stench.. We sprayed them down with a solution after use, but I'm not sure how often they are washed.
